Ingredients:
-2 cups non-fat yogurt
-1/4 cup honey
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/4 tsp lemon juice
-berries of choice (i.e. strawberries, blueberries, etc...), cubed if needed
-granola
Directions:
-Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, honey, vanilla, and lemon juice. Whisk together toroughly.
-Pour yogurt onto the parchment paper and spread evenly.
-Top yogurt with berries and sprinkle granola on top.
-Place the tray in the freezer for 2-4 hours. Once solid and ready to eat, break into pieces and enjoy!
