With You Cocktail

Prep time: 5 minutes

makes one cocktail

Ingredients:

-3/4 oz white rum

-1/2 oz Cointreau

-1/2 oz cherry heering

-1oz pineapple juice

-1/2 oz lime juice

-2 dashes orange bitters

-1 dash angostura bitters

-red and blue food coloring

-club soda

Directions:

1. Add the rum, Cointreau, pineapple juice, lime juice, and bitters into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

2. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.

3. In another vessel, mix cherry Heering with a few drops of each food coloring. Sink a large straw (boba straws work well) to the bottom of the glass. Carefully pour the above mixture through the straw, creating a layered effect.

4. Top with club soda and garnish with a cherry. Enjoy!
