Ingredients:
-1 bunch spinach
-1 tsp/5 ml sesame oil
-1/2 tsp/ 2.5 ml garlic minced
-sesame seeds
-salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
-Blanch the spinach in salted boiling water only until wilted, 30-40 seconds. Drain quickly and shock in cold water. Squeeze out water.
-Cut into 3-inch lengths. Toss in the garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds and a dash of salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
