Ingredients:
1 tbsp (15mL) soy sauce
1 tbsp (15mL) water
1 tbsp (15mL) sesame oil
2 tsp (10mL) white sugar
1 tsp (5mL) white vinegar
onion slices
1 green chili, sliced
Directions:
In a bowl, add the vinegar, water, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar mix thoroughly until the sugar dissolves.
Slice a small chili and onion. You can add as much as you want to the liquid mix. Stir and serve with your choice of grill meats. Enjoy!
