Ingredients:
2 chamomile tea bags
1-inch thinly sliced fresh ginger
pinch of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp/ 2.5mL lemon juice
2 sprigs fresh mint
1 tsp/ 5mL honey, to taste
some mint, to garnish
Directions:
Pour water into a teapot and add the fresh mint sprigs.
Add the chamomile tea bags, ginger, turmeric powder, and lemon juice (best to do this with an infuser). Allow it to steep for 5 minutes.
Add a drizzle of honey (to your preference) to each of the cups and pour the tea. Stir to mix in the honey. Garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!
