Pancakes

Ingredients:

-1 egg

-1 tbsp baking powder

-1 1/2 cup flour

-1 tsp salt

-1 tbsp sugar

-3 tbsp butter

-1 1/4 cups milk


Ingredients:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.

  2. Whisk in milk and egg until combined. Then add in butter. (Batter will be slightly lumpy)

  3. Allow batter to rest for about 8-10 minutes. This will allow the batter to thicken slightly.

  4. On a hot pan or griddle (350F), pour out pancakes and let cook until bubbles appear on the top and edges start to look dry (about 2-3 minutes).

  5. Flip pancakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown on both sides. Remove from heat and serve hot with your favorite choice of toppings. Enjoy!
