Pachae Scallion Salad

Ingredients

  • 6-8 scallions stalk

  • 2 tsp gochugaru

  • 2 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 2 tsp soy sauce

  • 2 tsp vinegar

  • 1 tsp sugar


Directions

  1. Wash scallions and remove the white ends. Using a shredder, shred from the center (you can also use a knife to the best of your abilities and cut them lengthwise carefully). Then soak in cold water for about 10 minutes; this will help make the scallions less spicy. Drain the water and remove any excess moisture. 

  2. Transfer the scallions to a bowl, combine the ingredients, and mix well to incorporate thoroughly. Enjoy!
