Ingredients:
1 Korean cucumber or 1 English cucumber
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp gochugaru
1 tbsp chopped scallion
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil
Directions:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients, except the cucumbers. Taste and adjust seasonings, if desired.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices and toss into the bowl. Mix well to coat all slices evenly.
Serve room temperature or chilled and enjoy!
