Ingredients

• Ice

• 1 1/2 shots Vodka

• 1/2 shot Bittersweet Orange-red Aperitivo

• 2/3 shot pineapple juice

• 1/2 shot lime juice

• 1/4 shot sugar syrup

• 1/6 shot passion fruit

• Pineapple and/or lime wedge to garnish 

NON-ALCOHOLIC VERSION

• Ice

• 1/2 shot club soda or Strykk Not Vodka

• 1/2 shot alcohol-free aperitif or blood orange juice 

• 2/3 shot pineapple juice

• 1/2 shot lime juice

• 1/4 shot sugar syrup

• 1/6 shot passion fruit

• Pineapple and/or lime wedge to garnish 

Directions

1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.

2. Strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with your pineapple and/or lime wedge and serve.
