Ingredients:
-1-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tbsp olive oil
-1 half tomato, chopped
-2-3 slices ham/bacon/wieners
-1 half small onion
-half of 1 green pepper
-1-2 pinch salt and pepper
-3 tbsp ketchup
-1 tbsp water
Directions:
Boil water in a large pan. Add salt and cook the spaghetti according to the package.
While the spaghetti is cooking, cut the vegetables and meat.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and cook till lightly brown. Then add your meat and veggies and stir-fry. Add the ketchup and pepper. Keep cooking until the onion slices are caramelized.
Add the drained spaghetti and cook for 1 more minute. If the sauce is too thick, add 1 tbsp of water or more (1 at a time) until you reach the desired consistency. Garnish, serve and enjoy!
