Mind Eraser

Prep time: 5 min

Makes 1 drink

Ingredients:

• ice cubes

• 1 oz vodka

• 1 oz kahlua or coffee liqueur

• 1 oz seltzer or soda water

Directions:

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes. Add vodka and kahlua. Top with the seltzer or soda water. Add a straw and sip fast. Enjoy!

Non-Alcoholic

Ingredients:

• ice cubes

• 1/2 oz coffee liqueur syrup OR 2 tbsp coffee extract mixed with 1/2 tbsp sugar or vanilla extract (You can also use 1 tbsp instant coffee and 1 tsp chocolate extract, 1 tsp sugar, and 1 tsp water)

• 1 oz seltzer or lemon lime soda

Directions:
