Mang’s Butterfly Tea Seltzer

Ingredients

• 2 cups Water 

• 2 tsp Butterfly Pea Flower 

• 2 tsp Honey optional 

• 2 tbsp Lemon Juice 

• 1 cup Ice Cubes

Directions

Make the tea: 

1. Boil 2 cups of water in a kettle. Pour boiling water into a small pot and add butterfly pea flowers Steep for 3 minutes. Then strain the tea and discard the flowers. 

Make the drink: 

1. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour tea into the glass and add sweetener (honey or sugar). Yo make the drink change mid way to purple add a splash of lemon juice, take your picture then you can add more lemon juice to make it more purple, mix and enjoy! 

For alcoholic option use light alcohols. You can also add alcohol with flavor for a twist like Barcadi Limon or Blueberry alcohols.
