INGREDIENTS
1 Ib raw shrimp, tail on
1 1/2 butter stick
4 lemons, juiced & divided
1 tsp lemon zest
5-6 garlic cloves, minced
1-2 cup flour
1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp paprika
6 tbsp salted butter
1-2 tbsp sea salt
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, add flour, cayenne pepper, salt, and paprika. Add the shrimp into the mix and mix thoroughly until the shrimp is coated with the mixture.
In a preheated pan, add butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped garlic. Sauté for a minute then add the shrimp. Stir shrimp until cooked.
Serve hot with a slice of lemon over steamed sticky rice. Add the rest of the sauce over it.
