Ingredients
1 tbsp minced or pressed garlic
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin or vinegar
1 tbsp finely chopped onions
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp chopped green onoins
1 tbsp gochugaru (or less) or chili flakes
Directions
Mix all of your ingredients together then taste before serving. Adjust, as needed.
P.S. We find that a tsp of fish sauce and 1/2 lime gives the sauce more depth.
