Ingredients:
-1oz hendricks gin
-.5oz fresh lemon juice
-.5oz simple syrup
-1.5oz sparkling rose lemonade
Directions:
Measure the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Double strain into a short tumbler and top with sparkling rose lemonade and garnish with a lemon twist.
Mocktail:
Omit the gin and mix lemon juice, simple syrup, and sparkling rose lemonade. If rose lemonade is unavailable, substitute with your favorite light lemonade with a few dashes of rose water and sparkling water.
