I'll Be There Cocktail/ Mocktail

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin (preferably a dry)

• 1/2 oz Blue Curaçao 

• 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice 

• 1/2 oz Simple syrup

• 1/4 oz Black raspberry liqueur 

• Seltzer/Soda water 

•  Ice cubes

• Lime wedge to garnish 

Non-alcoholic option:

• 2 oz Ginger beer

• 1/2 oz MONIN Blue Curaçao or pomegranate juice (it won’t have the blue effect but it will give the juice a vibrant rockstar color)

• 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice 

• 1/2 oz Simple syrup

• 1/4 oz Black raspberry juice 

• Seltzer/Soda water 

•  Ice cubes

• Lime wedge to garnish 

Directions

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, Blue Curaçao, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and black raspberry liqueur with ice.

2.  Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold, about 20 seconds.

3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.

4. Gently top off with soda water.

5. Garnish with the lime twist and serve while you jam with an air guitar solo like Rockstar Jin.

   
   

Non-Alcoholic option

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine ginger beer, MONIN Blue Curaçao, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and black raspberry juice with ice.

2. Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold, about 20 seconds.

3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.

4. Gently top off with soda water.

5. Garnish with the lime twist and serve while you jam with an air guitar solo like Rockstar Jin.
