Servings: 2-3
Ingredients:
-4 cups (1000 ml) milk (almond, coconut, etc...)
-2 tbsp (30 ml) turmeric powder
-2 tbsp (30 ml) grated ginger
-1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) cinnamon
-2 tbsp (30 ml) pure maple syrup or agave
Directions:
Add milk, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon into a blender and blend till smooth.
Pour mixture into a saucepan and simmer on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the maple syrup, to taste. Also add the honey or agave, to taste.
Serve warm or cold and enjoy!
