Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups milk of your choice, divided
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp brown sugar OR to taste
1 tbsp molasses
1/2 cup freshly brewed espresso, as preferred or very strong coffee
whipped cream (optional)*
shaved white chocolate OR chips (optional, for garnish)*
*Vegan: these can be substituted with vegan alternatives

Directions:
Heat 1/4 cup of milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, brown sugar, and molasses in a small saucepan over medium heat or in the microwave for 30 seconds, until spices and sugars dissolve when stirred.
Remove from heat and stir in hot espresso.
Pour into a large mug or divide into 2 small mugs. Steam remaining (using a frother, on the stove or microwave) and add to the espresso mixture.
Garnish with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon and some shaked white chocolate, if desired. Enjoy!
