Ingredients:
-1 1/2 oz gin
-3/4oz campari
-3/4oz fresh lemon juice
-1/2oz simple syrup
-1 egg white
Directions:
-Combine all ingredients (minus egg white) in a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake until well combined. Add ice and egg white and shake until incorporated and frothy. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and enjoy!
