Ingredients:
1 lb raw shrimp, cleaned and deveined
1 stick butter
1/4 head garlic, peeled and chopped
3/4 cup flour
2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1-2 tsp sea salt
1 lemon, cut into slices or wedges
Directions:
Combine your flour, paprika, cayenne, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add your shrimp, toss to coat, and set aside.
In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the garlic and cook until golden brown, for about 3 minutes. Pour the garlic and butter out into a bowl.
Add the olive oil to the skillet. Once the oil is warm, add the shrimp (single layer only. Do this in 2 batches if needed). Cook the shrimp for about 2 minutes on each side, until it's nicely crisp and brown.
Pour the garlic butter back into the pan and mix with the shrimp. Cook for another minute, and then you're done. Squeeze the lemon all over and eat with rice. Enjoy!
