Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
-1 cup kale or spinach
-1 medium apple, sliced with skin on
-1 cup mangoes, frozen
-1 cup medium cucumber, sliced
-1 tbsp lemon juice
-1/2 tbsp ginger
-1-2 tbsp honey or raw sugar, to taste
-1/2 cup pineapple or 1 tbsp hemp hearts
-3/4 cup water
-3-4 ice cubes
Directions:
-Using a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a cold, tall glass and garnish with cucumbers and pineapple pieces. Enjoy!
