Frozen strawberry margarita

Ingredients:

-15oz blanco tequila

-3/4oz orange liquor

-1/4cup frozen strawberry/lime syrup

-ice

Directions:

*Start with cold ingredients

-Combine all ingredients in a blender with about 1/2cup ice. Blend on high until smooth and icy.

*For strawberry/lime syrup:

-1cup fresh strawberries

-1/3 cup sugar

-1/3cup water

-2 limes

-Bring ingredients to a boil, gently pressing the berries. Reduce the heat and all to simmer until contents are slightly thickened. Fine strain to remove pulp. Add the fresh juice of the limes. Use immediately or pour into an ice tray and freeze for future use.
