Fireguru

Ingredients

  • 1 packet samyang buldak ramen

  • 1 packet neoguri ramen

  • boiling water

  • drizzle perilla oil

NOTE: Buldak ramen or "fire noodles" are extremely hot. Take into considerations you heat tolerance. You can use other brands like Shin, Jin, or any other flavor as well. You will also only need 1 packet of noodles and 1/2 of the flavor packets so save the rest for another try.

Directions

  1. In a frying pan, add the water and half the flavor packet of the neoguri pack.

  2. Once the water is boiling, add the noodles from the buldak pack with the dried veggie packet. You won't need the buldak noodles sauce packet until the end.

  3. Check that the water is reducing and the noodles are separated.

  4. Once the noodles are cooked, add some of the buldak sauce packet and stir it to incorporate, adding more water if it's too dry. Keep in mind that the sauce is very hot so adjust it accordingly to taste.

  5. Top the noodles with sesame seeds and a little parilla oil (or sesame oil) and enjoy!

NOTE: If you need a way to make it less spicy, adding milk (unflavored plant based or lactose free) works. It will make it creamer too, but start off with about 1/2 tsp of buldak sauce, then taste the noodles and add more as you like. If it's too salty, add water.
