INGREDIENTS
12 oz Tater Tots
15oz can of chili with no beans
1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic
4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp chopped white onions
1 whole jalapeno, sliced
2 tbs Ranch salad dressing
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 350 degrees F
In a pan place the tater tots according to the package directions.
While the tater tots are cooking, place a saucepan on the stove and heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the chopped garlic and let it cook for a few seconds. Add the can of chili and stir to heat thoroughly. Once it's heated add the cayenne and cook for 2 more mins. Turn off the stove and set it aside.
When the tater tots are done place them in a small serving dish. Add chili, cheese, chopped white onions, and jalapeño slices, and drizzle with Ranch salad dressing, serve and enjoy!
