Ingredients:
-1 lb extra-firm tofu, drained
-1/4 cup cornstarch
*For dynamite sauce:
-1/3 cup sesame oil
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
-2 tsp lemon juice
-5 tbsp sriracha sauce
-1 tsp honey
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Drain and cut tofu into 1-inch cubes.
Lightly coat the tofu cubes with cornstarch. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
In a bowl, combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, cayenne, and garlic in a small bowl. Taste and adjust as needed to preference.
Place the baked tofu in a pan on low heat. Add the sauce mixture and stir until the tofu is coated and the sauce is heated.
Serve the tofu over lettuce, rice or in a wrap and enjoy!
