Ingredients:
-1 tbsp gochujang
-1 tbsp gochugaru
-1 tsp sriracha
-1 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tsp brown sugar
-1 tsp cornstarch
-1 tsp sesame oil
-1 clove of garlic
-1 package of ramen noodles or spaghetti (size 7/8)
-toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
Directions:
To make the sauce, in a bowl, combine gochujang, gochugaru, brown sugar, soy sauce, sriracha, cornstarch, sesame oil, and garlic. Stir to mix well.
In a pot, cook your ramen noodles until al dente. Strain and reserve 1/4 cup of liquid in the pot.
Add the sauce to the water and cook for about 1 minute over medium heat, stirring well to incorporate and allow the cornstarch to thicken the mixture. Add more water if sauce seems too thick. Add the noodles back in and stir well to coat.
Place into a bowl, garnish and serve. Enjoy!
