Ingredients:
-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
-2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
-1 tbsp sriracha
-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
-juice of one lime
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
-salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, cayenne, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and garlic.
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower in the sauce till fully coated. Spread into an even layer onto a sheet pan and season generously with salt and pepper. Bake until charred and tender, for 30-35 minutes. Serve hot and garnish with scallions or cilantro. Enjoy!
