Ingredients:
-8oz/ 226g imitation crab
-3tbsp/ 45ml panko bread crumbs
*Sauce
-1/3 cup/ 76g mayonnaise
-1tsp/ 5 ml white vinegar
-1tbsp/ 15ml granulated sugar
-1tsp/ 5ml sriracha
-1/4tsp/ 1.2 ml salt
Directions:
-Shred the crab meat. In a small pan, add the panko bread crumbs and toast on medium heat for 1 minute until a light golden brown. Set aside.
-Ina bowl, mix the panko bread crumbs, sauce ingredients, and crab meat together. Save some of the panko bread crumbs to put on top when serving. Enjoy!
