Chimmy’s Pineapple Soda

Ingredients

• 1 oz Fresh pineapple purée or pineapple drink syrup (This will be mixed with 2 oz of sprite, but you can also use pineapple purée from concentrate)

• Sprite to top

• Ice 

Directions

1. In a glass, pour 1 oz of the pineapple drink syrup and mix with 2 oz of sprite to thin it out or if using purée or from concentrate, add it and mix it with a bit of the soda. 

2. Add ice to fill the glass and top with the sprite. 

3. The drink will look layered and this is your chance for a photo op then mix well before drinking! Enjoy!

For alcoholic option, mix the syrup or concentrate with 1-2 oz of your alcohol of choice such as soju, vodka, gin, tequila or light rum to thin it out.
