Ingredients:
6 chicken legs and thighs
1 1/4 lbs pork loin roast
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 tsp black pepper
1 small head garlic, minced
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp canola oil
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Start by prepping your ingredients: Chop the garlic, slice the onion and cut the pork into pork and chicken into pieces.
Put the pan to medium heat, add oil and saute the garlic and onion. Add the pork and season with salt and pepper and then stir fry. Sear all sides of the meat until golden brown.
Add in the chicken, skin side down. Season with salt and pepper just like the pork, sear all sides. Pour the soy sauce and vinegar and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Adjust the flavor to your liking by adding water, sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer until the pork and chicken are cooked thoroughly.
Serve hot with garlic rice and salad like Hobi. Enjoy!
