Ingredients:
-1 1/2 cups mayo (or vegan mayo)
-1 tbsp cajun seasoning
-1 tsp onion powder
-2 tsp garlic powder
-1 tbsp cayenne pepper
-2 tsp ketchup
-salt and pepper
For cajun seasoning:
-1 tbsp paprika
-1 tbsp fine salt
-1 tbsp garlic powder
-1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
-1/2 tbsp ground white pepper
-1/2 tbsp onion powder
-1/2 tbsp dried oregano
-1 tsp dried thyme
Directions:
Start by mixing all you cajun seasoning ingredients into a bowl. Make sure everything is well incorporated. You will only use 1 tbsp of this.
In another bowl, add the mayo, garlic powder and cajun seasoning and stir to combine completely. Refrigerate before serving and enjoy!
