Preparation:

Ingredients:
-1 lb shishito pepper
-1/4 cup nutritional yeast
-1 tbsp neutral oil
-salt and pepper
Directions:
In a cast iron pan, heat to medium heat. Once hot, add oil and the clean and dried shishito peppers. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until they are blistered.
Remove from heat and toss the shishitos in the nutritional yeast. Serve and enjoy!
