Ingredients:
-1 cup cooked rice
-1 lb beef
-your choice of veggies, like:
*carrots, onions, bean sprouts, lettuce, cucumbers, etc...
-1 egg
Bibim sauce
-2 tbsp gochujang
-1 tbsp rice vinegar or white vinegar
-1 tbsp honey
-1 tbsp sugar
-1 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp sesame oil
-1 tbsp sesame seeds
**Vegan option:
Omit the egg and beef and add more vegetables, like shiitake mushrooms or tofu for extra protein
Directions:
Cut your vegetables into matchsticks and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix your bibim sauce.
Next, slice your beef, seasoned with salt and pepper then fry it on medium high heat, for about 5-7 minutes. Set the beef aside and clean your pan before frying your egg, making sure the egg is nice and runny (sunny side up).
Warm your rice and place it in a deep bowl.
Now assemble your bibimbap bowl, placing all ingredients on top of the rice. Drizzle the bibim sauce over the plate and serve. Enjoy!
