Ingredients:
-3tbsp/ 45 ml gochugaru
-2tbsp/ 30ml sugar
-1tbsp/ 15ml sesame seeds
-1tbsp/ 15 ml gochujang
-1tbsp/ 15ml soy sauce
-1tbsp/ 15 ml apple or regular vinegar
-1tbsp/ 15ml sesame oil
-1tsp/ 5ml fine sea salt
-1 small asian pear
-1 small onion
-1/4 cup/59ml beef broth or water
Directions:
-Combine all the bibim sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until pureed. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Enjoy!
