Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
-1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
-1 tbsp soy sauce
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tsp brown sugar
-1 bunch or 1 1/3 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
-2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and brown sugar. Place asparagus in the bowl and toss to coat.
Heat a pan on medium low heat and add the asparagus. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring to cook evenly. You may also roast in the oven for approximately 20 minutes until asparagus are hot and slightly browned, but still somewhat crisp. Check periodically.
